Description

The Welding and Inspection Personnel Certification Scheme (CSWIP-3.1). The international standard for personal certification, ISO/IEC 17024, has given CSWIP Certification schemes UKAS/Accreditation. The certification system for personnel (CSWIP) is a comprehensive programme that enables those looking to prove their knowledge and expertise in their line of work to be tested and certified. You will learn about the primary duty of a welding inspector, welds and joints, WPS&PQR and WQT, material properties, heat treatment, destructive testing, and NDT techniques, as well as welding symbols, in this welding inspection (CSWIP-3.1) course. You will also study about the welding process, welding consumables, codes, and standards. You will also learn about welding safety best practises and practise answering exam questions. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION Although there are no formal admission criteria for this course, it is advised that applicants have at least three years of industrial experience working in an engineering field relevant to welding.
